Due to the security situation in Ukraine, everyone is required to carry their passports with them at all times while they are in Uman for Rosh Hashanah – even on Shabbos and Rosh Hashanah (see psak below). They are checking people all the time now in Uman to see if they have their passport on them. Please follow the rules.
