Help the Mekarev Shul-Yeshiva Shalom Rav expand, renovate and bring souls close to Hashem

Yeshiva Shalom Rav is one of the few American yeshivas that is based in the Old City of Tzfat. It was started more than 30 years ago by Rabbi Refael Weingot. Around ten years, his song Rabbi Avshi Weingot took over. The yeshiva is based out of the historic (and popular) 160 year old Mekarev Shul (built by the Rebbe of Makarov who comes from Chernobyl). If you have ever been in Tzfat for Shabbos then you know that the place to be on Friday night is at Mekarev. Hundreds of people from all over Israel and the world try to squeeze in for the uplifting Chassidic davening that takes place there every Friday night. The Yeshiva and Chevre who learn in the shul are very into Rebbe Nachman and there were many years that everyone would go to Uman for Rosh Hashanah together. Now we plan on renovating the shul and expanding it. We put a down payment on a dorm building very close to the shul and need to finish paying it off. Please watch this video below to learn more.
