How to travel to Uman from surrounding countries

This is a translation of a post from a large Breslov Telegram group of how to Travel to Uman by crossing land borders from different countries. Due to the war in Ukraine, there are no direct flights into Kiev and one must fly to a different country and then cross into Ukraine.

Moldova

Fly into Chișinău International Airport.

Uman Express or Poyechala from there to Uman.

Romania

Fly into Iasi International Airport.

Uman Express or Poyechala from there to Uman.

or

Fly to Bucharest, take a train for 6 hours to Iasi and from there Uman Express, etc. The train station is 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. First class section of the train is about 35 dollars. Hungary

Fly into Debrecen International Airport. Take a train from Debrecen to Zahony (https://jegy.mav.hu/) which is a town in Hungary close to Hungary/Ukraine border. From Zahony you cross into Ukraine by Taxi and arrive at Chup/Chop and there is a train from there once a day to Vinnytsia. It is a train with beds and the journey is 14 hours – https://uz-vezemo.com/ From Vinnytsia you can take a taxi to Uman. If you fly into Budapest you can do the same route by taking a train from Budapest to Zahony, etc.
