If you are traveling to Ukraine now you must arrive with a Ukrainian Sim card or an International Sim card that will give you the ability to download the Corona tracking app. Without the ability to download the app you will be denied entry into the country. The Border Police are not letting people across to buy the Sim cards in the terminal.
