Ukraine has moved Israel from the list of Red countries to the list of Green countries. Tourists that enter Ukraine from Green countries do not have to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival. They do not need to take a Covid test or install an app on their phone to get out of quarantine early. All they need is Ukrainian health insurance. Baruch Hashem, Israel is now a Green country regarding Ukraine and anybody who travels there from Israel will now be able to enter without quarantine. There is still the requirement of 14-day quarantine upon arrival back in Israel.
