The atmosphere of Purim this year in the city of Uman, Ukraine, was marked by a special joy. A more than regular amount of Breslov Chassidim were in Uman for Purim due to the security situation in Israel. Many had come to the Rabbeinu’s Tziyon for Shabbos Zachor and were planning to return to Israel for Purim.
