At 4:20 am, Friday morning, air raid sirens went off all over Ukraine as Russian cruise missiles hit different locations all over the country. Explosions were heard in Kiev. A Russian cruise missile hit a 9 story residential building in Uman, Ukraine and there are reports of injuries and deaths. Rescue teams and medics are working at the scene.
