The power in the city of Uman, Ukraine went out yesterday on Shabbos morning due to intensive Russian missile strikes on Ukrainian power plants and other civilian infrastructures. There are many other regions in Ukraine without power as well. The Ukrainian authorities have issuesdnew rules to minimize electricity during certain hours of the day. Currently, there is an emergency generator giving power to the Tzion of Rebbe Nachman in Uman.
